I'm getting a Mini!! yes as in a Miniature horse!! I'm going to look at one on Saturday. His name is Rio he's a 3y/o Miniature gelding, hes a black and white paint and he's 8.3hh or 35" at the shoulder. So as long as he's good and sound he'll be coming home with me! 

Isn't he the most adorable thing you've ever seen!! I'm going to teach him to jump in hand and im going to show him. I'm also going to teach him to drive (aka pull a cart) Im going to make his show name  Ace's Diamon Rio.

I also got a new puppy. He's an 11 week old golden retriever, We got him like 3 weeks ago when he was 8 weeks old. He is absolutly adorable! And he's so good, except when he throws his little temper tantrums, lmao. I can't wait until he grows up I know hes going to be a gorgeous intelligent dog.


Ok i really can't think of anything else to write right now, lol. Right now me and the boyfriend are watching Buffy, and then we're going over to the horse rescue to clean out the run in sheds and groom Casey and Faith. Casey's the mini and Faith is the pretty little yearling Thoroughbred/Appy filly.

No school today. Yay! Except that I woke up a 730, got in my freezing cold car, drove all the way to school which is 30 min from my house only to find that there was no school because of some stupid pipe breaking, so i had to get back in my once again freezing cold car, to drive another 30min back home and now I have nothing to do but sit here on the computer until 2 o'clock when I have to pick up my mom and drive her to my grandmas, then come home again and sit around until Pam calls from the puppy place and tells me I can come pick up my new puppy. The puppy better come in today I have been waiting like 2 weeks! UGH! 

What does everyone think of the names I picked out? Its an Australian Shepard Puppy so...

Has anybody used herbal and holistic remedies with their horses? Its something I've always wanted to try but I dont know where to buy the herbs and essential oils.

Im probably going to go to the barn later and do some ground work with my crazy mare lol. Ill free lunge her in the indoor get some of her spunk out haha, Crazy Mare. But I love her! I usually have to much to say but I can't think of a darn thing to write right now.

Gasp! 2 posts in one day, im sure that goes against some type of I need to get a life law, lol, oh well. I have been sick all weekend, I missed school today, I actually haven't left my bedroom at all in the past 6ish hours. Johns way far away in Kingston cause we live like an hour away from eachother and because of our college schedules we only get to see eachother on the weekends. 

I seriously wish the snow would go away so I can start riding again. Liberty is fat and needs to lose weight, he looks like a pregnant mare, and Amber is only 4 she needs work or she turns into the crazy mare from hell.

I have homework to do and im trying to avoid it, because it just does not appeal to me right now. I think I might head downstairs and start watching season 2 of buffy the vampire slayer on dvd. I just ordered all 7 seasons and got them in the mail, just finished season 1 yesterday. 

I rode Liberty bareback on Saturday but all we could do was walk, it was to icy to do anything else. Plus it was freezing cold!!  here are some pictures

 Yay another blog for me to start! Actually I haven't done one of these things in a long time! And im bored so I thought it might be fun to start one. So i guess I should introduce myself :) Im Kylie, Im 22 from good old Upstate New York. Horses are my world, I own 2 their names are Amber and Liberty they mean everything to me! I love them more then I will ever like you. You know the saying "The more people I meet the more I love my dog"? well for me its "The more people I meet the more I love my horses"

I'm a self appointed animal rights activist though I still eat meat and never plan on stopping. I think horse slaughter is cruel and uncalled for and should be banned everywhere and I hate the way betta fish are treated in pet shops (yes I said betta fish, I breed them, they're addicting, and so mistreated all over the world, its sad)

I am going to college, community college for the moment, and will be heading 4 hours upstate to bum fuck no where new york to attend college at SUNY Morrisville majoring in Equine Science and Management. I'm addicting to playing Rock Band 2 on XBOX 360 and have been know to play Carry On Wayward Son on the guitar more times then can be counted.

I have the most wonderful boyfriend in the world, his name is John and he's the one. Life has gotten so much shinier since i met him. He is my shining star, he adds meaning to an otherwise desolet existence.

Im getting a new Autralian Shepard Puppy tomorrow, im so excited! And also already have dog named pepper, hes a cocker/springer spaniel and hes oooold!!! he'll be 15 in April but hes the greatest!! Thats all I can think of to write right now! haha this is going to be an interesting blog I can feel it!
